Hello friends! Let’s dive right into the tutorial without any preamble. After you’ve imported your desired image into Illustrator, follow these steps:

1. Use the Select Tool (Shortcut key: V) to select the image.
2. From the top control bar, click on Image Trace.
3. If you don’t see the control bar, activate it from the Window menu.
4. Click on the little arrow next to Image Trace and choose one of the color options based on your image.
5. Currently, the best choice for us is the Black and White Logo option.
6. Next, click on Expand.

Voilà! The hard part is done. Now just right-click and select Ungroup.
As you can see, our image has been converted to a vector, and we can easily change its colors.
